Rachael Cook, AuD, is a clinical audiologist at Modern Tinnitus and Applied Hearing Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona. She helped develop, and now administers, the cutting-edge tinnitus diagnosis and treatment program at Modern Tinnitus. At Applied Hearing Solutions, she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of adult hearing loss disorders following comprehensive best practices. She is also a content creator for the Dr. Cliff AuD YouTube Channel; an educational resource for the public and patients interested in learning about advancements in hearing aid technology and treatments. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from both San Diego State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and the University of Texas at Austin where she obtained her degree as a Doctor of Audiology.

Dr. Craig Kasper has over 25 years of expertise in the world of hearing and tinnitus healthcare. He earned his Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida and holds a master’s degree with clinical honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is the Founder & Managing Director of NYHD | Institute For Hearing & Balance and NYHD | TinnitusCare, based in New York, and is also the Founder & CEO of Modern Tinnitus.
Dr. Kasper's extensive experience includes a Clinical Fellowship and clinical practice in the Department of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at New York-Presbyterian Medical Center. A Distinguished Fellow of the National Academies of Practice, he is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA).
Dr. Kasper's contributions extend beyond clinical practice; he has authored scholarly articles published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals such as Hearing Research and
Laryngoscope. Committed to public health education, he has served as a resource for the popular media on topics related to hearing health and wellness. Having many years of experience working with early-stage companies, Dr. Kasper also serves as an advisor for start-ups in the hearing healthcare/ tinnitus technology space.

Brian Browne is the president of Cognitive Care Management and the founder of Neuro Nutrition™. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Browne is a cognitive scientist and neuro-nutritionist and an expert in cognitive aging, brain health, dementia, and nutrition. He is a noted public speaker who frequently lectures regionally and nationally. Dr. Browne has been featured by numerous media outlets and regularly contributes to various aging and Alzheimer’s publications. His research focuses on non-pharmacological approaches and lifestyle interventions to reduce the risks of cognitive decline and abnormal aging.

Patrick is an attorney with an MBA who has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, government relations and corporate law. As Chief Executive Officer for the American Tinnitus Association, Patrick leads the United States' only national public charity entirely dedicated toward providing support and funding research toward curing, tinnitus. Over 70MM Americans, including 30% of military veterans, are affected by tinnitus every day and the ATA exists to help them all by providing reliable information, resources and funding the research of tinnitus. Prior to his role as CEO with the ATA, he served as the Chief Development Officer for Global Empowerment Mission, spearheading all fundraising initiatives for the international disaster relief organization. He has demonstrable results in organizational leadership, public advocacy and fundraising. A native New Englander, he has lived on both coasts of the United States and worked professionally in both the northeast and southeast corners of the country.
Lynch is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and has a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and an MBA from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School. A two-time survivor of childhood cancer, he also serves as a motivational speaker. He has given an official TED Talk, which can be found on TED.com, has spoken at national conferences, and was recognized as a top national fundraiser by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Team in Training program. He is an engaged volunteer and advocate for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the National Marrow Donor Program, and recently ran his first marathon to personally raise money and awareness for blood cancer. He is also an active alumnus to his Alma Mater, Providence College, where he served on the board for the Providence College National Alumni Association.

Dr. Jason Leyendecker graduated with his Bachelor of Science in speech and hearing sciences from Minnesota State University Moorhead and graduated with his AuD from A.T. Still University class of 2010. Completing his 4th year externship at Audiology Concepts, Jason stayed on as an audiologist working his way up to ownership in 2017. Taking ownership of Audiology Concepts in 2017 Jason quickly grew his 2 location 9 employee company into a 6 location 29 employee company today. He also runs a successful tinnitus clinic that sees patients from around the world.
Jason has served as adjunct professor for A.T. Still University teaching the tinnitus course from 2016-2019. He has served as a subject matter expert for the ABA Tinnitus certificate and the first practice standard created by Audiology Practice Standards Organization (APSO). He precepts audiology externs from graduate schools all over the country.
Dr. Leyendecker is currently the president for the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and in his fourth year on the ADA board. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the immediate past president of the Minnesota Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Leyendecker has given many presentations regarding private practice, team building, practice growth, tinnitus management and how to provide tinnitus services in private practice to various audiology groups. He is published in several audiology trade magazines on various topics related to private practice and tinnitus management.

Janet Krone Kennedy, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist and sleep expert with two decades of specialized experience treating sleep disorders. She is the founder of NYC Sleep Doctor, providing psychotherapy, coaching and consulting services. In 2024, Dr. Kennedy launched an online Sleep School to expand access to the key components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) using a self-paced psycho-educational platform. Dr. Kennedy spent eight years at the Manhattan VA Hospital as a Health Psychologist and Assistant Director of the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, where she developed and implemented the multi-site Sleep Disorders Treatment Program. She is the author of The Good Sleeper: The Essential Guide to Sleep for Your Baby (and You). She is also a sought-after speaker for corporate wellness events, retail events, and in-house product development. Dr. Kennedy

Dr. Gans is a clinical psychologist and researcher specializing in the psychological impact of tinnitus and deafness on well-being. She is the CEO/Founder of MindfulTinnitusRelief.com, the first-ever self-administered 8-week online skill-building course of its kind for learning how to live comfortably with tinnitus. She holds a Masters in Deaf Education from Gallaudet University and received a doctorate in psychology from Georgia School of Professional Psychology. She joined the UCSF Cochlear Implant Center in 2008 and has worked as the Lead Clinical Psychologist for UCSF Cochlear Implant Interconnect and Children’s Communication Center. Dr. Gans is fluent in American Sign Language. She presents globally to the medical and audiology community on tinnitus patient care through her Mindfulness Based Tinnitus Stress Reduction 8-week program and CBT; a critical piece of the tinnitus management puzzle.
